Project Information:
Working with Hensel Phelps Construction on a project
of this magnitude required great communication and much coordination
in regards to the many different areas to be completed throughout
the project. We encountered many mobilizations due to the multiple
roof levels to complete. A major challenge that Front Range Roofing
and Hensel Phelps encountered and overcame was that of logistics
and scheduling around traffic, helicopter and no lay down area
for materials.
The Northern Colorado Medical Center will provide an improved
level of state of the art health care and has provided facilities
that will be utilized by the entire community.
This project proved to be a success because of the great organization
and fairness of the General Contractor.
