Information:
The combination of new construction, additions and tenant improvements to the existing store required almost daily coordination with the General Contractor. Front Range Roofing needed to be adaptable in moving from one phase to the other, and back, to maintain the construction schedule. Our willingness to do what was necessary to accommodate the General Contractor generated good will on the job site, and allowed the change order process to proceed smoothly. Front Range Roofing also needed to install a temporary roof in order to facilitate construction schedule. Also needed to coordinate with other trades more than usual due to tenant finish on the existing store, plus the new additions.
